My wife and I were very impressed with the Audi Wynnewood dealership and with the Mike Walsh over a several month period as we considered the A7. I had a great experience when bringing in my A4 for the first time to Audi Wynnewood. I was a bit surprised to have to replace the front rotors, brake fluid, and tires on a pre-owned car that I had only first time to Audi Wynnewood. I was a bit surprised to have to replace the front rotors, brake fluid, and tires on a pre-owned car that I had only had for 5 months. Josh, a mechanic, and a sales person, all took the time to walk me through process of how my car was certified (at a different dealer), what to look for in my paperwork regarding tire and brake measurements, what to expect in tire and brake wear, then ultimately showed me the impact of commuting 2 hours every day. In the end, Josh had the oil change and brake fluid flush done under warranty - I did not even know these were covered - and threw in Audi bag to lessen the sting of the repair bill! Thanks guys. This was my first Audi purchase so I made for certain that I was going to explore every option with every dealer in the area. One year later, Mike Walsh still hung in there with me and answered all my questions towards pricing, trim levels, etc... He was an exceptional salesman to work with. He was very responsive, polite, and gave me the space needed to make a decision. Mike found me the Q5 I was looking for and I couldn't be any more pleased with the process. I was upgrading from a 2002 Ford Explorer with very little options, so I knew very little of what the Q5 had to offer. Mike sat with me to show me a detailed breakdown of all the controls.
