poor service, high cost, car dies less than one week from 40k check-up. the most attentive thing my service representative did was manage to ask for '10's' during his rating process. very little explanatio 40k check-up. the most attentive thing my service representative did was manage to ask for '10's' during his rating process. very little explanation of what went into "routine" service/testing. left my car for a 40k mileage check up and had my alternator go three days later. service rep informs me, with zero attention to service, that there's no alternator test at their disposal. i'm not a mechanic, but my understanding is that auto zone manages to conduct them for free. pretty disappointed.
