Hello Shana, We are sorry you feel this way. However, you purchased a 10 year old vehicle with 169K miles on it and you were very aware the sale was strictly "AS IS". An "AS IS" sales means the car was sold with all issues known and unknown. You were also aware that as an "AS IS" vehicle it did not come with any warranty. We did not, and would never bury check engine codes. We also take umbrage with your claim that you were given the hard sell and pushed into the sale as you did not make your purchase all in the same day but instead took multiple days to take delivery. You also test drove the vehicle and could have had it inspected by your own mechanic prior to deciding to complete the purchase. As for being quoted $6000 in repairs by another dealership; you failed to take our advice and seek a second opinion. Instead you chose to be "sold" by the first quote that you received on items that you may or may not have needed. You also did not once call our dealership and ask to speak with a manager. When management did hear you were upset we called you immediately, apologized and offered to take the vehicle back. Unfortunately, you had already begun the repairs with the other dealer. Finally, while you are certainly entitled to your opinion your review is very misleading and rely's on name calling instead of facts. We sincerely wish you all the best with this vehicle.

Hi Hayley, Sincerest apologies for not living up to your expectations! We've explained this on the phone as well... 1. Our registration charges are based off each states DMV fees plus our doc fee. There's no other way to charge, but that way. 2. UPS truly lost your plate. That doesn't happen often, but it did. They apologized to us profusely as we are a good customer of theirs.
