First I had to call 5 times and just got connected to voicemails. When I went in they had no loaners although the salesman promised a loaner would always be available. So I had to wait in the waiting roo voicemails. When I went in they had no loaners although the salesman promised a loaner would always be available. So I had to wait in the waiting room of a dirty dealership. The floors were disgusting. I had to wait over 2 hours and there was no water or snacks. I used to go to a much smaller dealership in central PA and at least they were clean and offered refreshments while I waited because of their incompetent staff. And. Whatever you do. Do NOT go in the womens bathroom. I have seen cleaner bathrooms at 2 am in a college bar. There was toilet paper all over the floor (but none in the holders). The toilets hadn't been flushed....I wont continue, you get the point. Very low budget dealership. Go anywhere else if you can. More
