Great car buying experience. We were in the market for a new Audi Q7 for my wife. We searched online all over LA OC and IE, but all the incoming Q7s with colors and options we wa We were in the market for a new Audi Q7 for my wife. We searched online all over LA OC and IE, but all the incoming Q7s with colors and options we wanted were either customer orders or sold units, and it was looking like we were going to have to order a car which would take 3 months. Lame! Then we got lucky and found one incoming Q7 Prestige listed at Downtown LA Audi with the desired color and options (Black Orca with Titanium Black Optic and cold weather package etc). We've purchased from DTLA Mercedes before with good results, and most all the DTLA car dealers are owned by the same family, so I didn't hesitate to call. Then we got even luckier when I called and Ryan Schlesinger answered the phone. I was already well aware that this is a very difficult car to find, but of course still wanted to try and save a little money on it. Ryan was super friendly and no pressure to deal with, and honestly after a couple conversations on the phone it was like talking to a friend - and I probably would have purchased from him even at MSRP lol. None the less, it was near the end of the month and he gave us a nice discount and made the process very easy. A week later the car came in and my wife is very happy, and therefore I'm very happy of course - not to mention the hot chocolate machine they have was a big hit with our 11 yr old daughter.
