Fairfield Audi is the best! When i purchased my Q3, i was unsure of which town i was going to choose to have my car serviced. Originally, i was going to use Greenwich Audi becau When i purchased my Q3, i was unsure of which town i was going to choose to have my car serviced. Originally, i was going to use Greenwich Audi because it would have been more convenient. Unfortunately, when i attempted to call and explained the problem, the person who answered the phone was rude and impatient. She couldn’t take the time to understand what the issue was. Instead, she made her own conclusion by saying: we don’t fix flat tires and hang up abruptly. Meanwhile, that wasn’t the point i was trying to make at all. Afterwards, i decided to call Fairfield Audi. The technician listened attentively. Then, he said: You need to come in right away because we can’t have you drive around like that. He also stated that was a safety issue and my safety was important. Since then, I’ve been to only one place to get my car serviced. Furthermore, it didn’t matter which technician was taking care of my car, I would always get a service of excellence. I am extremely satisfied with them. I wouldn’t change for anything else and i highly recommend Fairfield Audi for their five star service. More
