Jim, my Sales Rep was helpful and attentive. The Floor Manager Roseanne is sharp but low pressure, and seemed genuinely concerned as to the fine details of what worked for MY specific situation of lease vs purchase, and helped me structure the deal while looking forward to the lease end, and the best options we might have at that time. I will be back here visiting Audi Wallingford in 36 months when my lease ends. More
