Worst Service Ever - Would rate negative star if I could! We had 2 Audi's being serviced at this dealership. The service department counter staff is incompetent, unethical and rude. He said they would pick up the car from my home and fix all the unresolved issues but they never even bothered to show up as planned or call. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! More

Coming from 100 miles away on the south shore on Long Island, it is important I purchased a certified pre-owed RS5 form Audi of Wallingford on 1/2/16. Coming from 100 miles away on the south shore on Long Island, it is important to get an honest and accurate description of the car your interested in, as well as provide the same for the car your planning to trade in. I dealt directly with Josh Gomes throughout the entire process and he was extremely accurate in describing the RS5 and up front about the expectation on the trade. That's the first part, but the real test is when you show up. When I arrived and saw the car, it was exactly as described. Josh was patient and knowledgeable in going over the car with me (especially as a repeat BMW owner and first time Audi buyer). After the test drive and the determination that I was happy with the car, we moved on to discuss the numbers. Everything pre-discussed over the phone was honored. We worked out a deal that was fair on both sides and there was no hidden BS. 3 days later I picked up my first Audi. Couldn't be happier with the experience and especially the new car.
