I brought my vehicle in for a rear axle seal replacement and some simple maintenance items (oil change, fuel filter, transmision service). I provide a new ford transmission pan gasket due to a small leak th and some simple maintenance items (oil change, fuel filter, transmision service). I provide a new ford transmission pan gasket due to a small leak that I had noticed. Tech completed the transmission service and installed the new gasket. When I went to pick up my truck there was a puddle underneath it and transmission fluid on the cross member. I notified the advisor and he wrote a new work order and kept the truck for another day to have the tech fix the leak. When I went to pick the truck back up I noticed fluid was still on the cross member. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe it was just residual. I took the truck over to a car wash to clean the fluid off. I drove the truck home and parked it for the night. I came out the next morning to find transmission still leaking and now I have a huge stain on my driveway. More
