Horrible communication. Multiple messages left for the auto body department and Auto Butler. No call backs. Pretty sure they ran it through the car wash and did a quick vacuum and wipe down on the interior because they missed big areas, and never did the auto butler. Not happy at all! More

Auto butler staff was rude and very unprofessional. After confirming my appointment I was then told my appointment wasn't showing on the list. Choose another location if you want your vehicle fixed. They can't think beyond what their computer tells them! The prices are extremely high and they just seem to be in it for the money.
