EFFORTLESS CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I recently purchased a new Mazda and decided to go with AUTEX, based on a recommendation from a friend. My initial concerns about buying a car in New I recently purchased a new Mazda and decided to go with AUTEX, based on a recommendation from a friend. My initial concerns about buying a car in New Hampshire, while I live in Connecticut, almost immediately disappeared after talking with the staff. Tim the sales manager helped put me in the perfect car and made sure to give great consideration to a few very specific needs I had when picking a car. Tim the finance manager took care of all the financing and got me a great rate, despite not so great credit. Most of the business was taken care of over the phone with very little needed from myself. I simply picked up the car and my plates came via UPS a week later. Needless to say, I love the car, loved the experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back to AUTEX Mazda again. More

In June, I ditched my derelict Passat for a nimble little 3S, with its Jag-like lines and Bose sound. Donald Class was a pleasure to deal with, as were the Sales and Finance Managers. The atmosphere at Autex Mazda is relaxed; no oily-pressure sales, just a friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff. My first scheduled service was done promptly, on schedule, and on the house, even including a tire rotation. Autex is a 1 1/4-hr. drive for me; but, it is well worth it. Heck, in a 3S, it's a treat. I negotiated the entire sale and financing options via phone and e-mail with Donald Class and Tim Machunsky. I can be very particular when making a large purchase and Donald was more than happy to answer any and all questions I had about the vehicle. Tim assisted in obtaining me the best possible financing and the best price for my new car. On the day I picked up my Mazda, Donald had the car and paperwork were ready to go, it couldn't have been easier. Being an out of state buyer, I was a bit concerned about getting my car registered in NY without any hassle, but these guys handled everything, and within two weeks, my NY plates and registration arrived at my front door via UPS. Overall, I had a great experience and I have no doubts that I made the right choice by going with Autex. I would recommend them to anyone I know and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Price and service, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better! More

His friendly demeanor, and honest personality made me instantly feel at ease. This experience could not have been better! I drove the vehicle I thought I wanted, then realized that there was something better... something that felt more right. Everything worked out and at 5:30pm I drove away with a 2009 Jeep Patriot! Just in time for the first official 2014 Patriots game! I would recommend this dealership and Donald Class specifically if you are on the market for a new ride. You will not leave disappointed. More
