Today I was able to lease a brand new Ma My experiences at Autex Mazda in Keene, NH have always been first rate and this afternoon was no different. Today I was able to lease a brand new Mazda CX 5 Touring at an incredible lease price thanks to Gretchen Jackson. We told her what our financial parameters were and what we were looking for in another lease for me and she came through with flying colors. My husband had just leased a brand new Mazda CX 5 Sport two months ago for him so we needed to be mindful of our budget. She was able to get me not only the color I wanted but a CX 5 in a Touring instead of a Sport and still keep within our budget. We have been doing business with Gretchen for many years and she has always gone the extra mile for us. I even pitted her against my last salesman at Tulley Mazda this time and she came out miles ahead. She is an outstanding salesperson whose main goal is customer satisfaction. When my son is ready to lease another Mazda he will be looking to Gretchen again as well. More

He demonstrated a great passion for the brand and cars in general which made our buying experience much more enjoyable. I didn't feel as though Don was pushing for a sale nor was he trying to "rush" us through the process, despite the showroom being very busy that day. He was attentive to customers who were waiting while never making us feel like we were being ignored. Don took us through the entire vehicle (2014 CX-5 GT) detailing every aspect along the way. At the end of the process, I feel like I had been treated like a human being- not just a sale. Autex made the buying process actually enjoyable.
