I purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra back in November. I originally wanted a Rogue and I wasn't too picky about the year/2008-current. I was told I couldn't purchase the 2009 rogue because I didn't have eno originally wanted a Rogue and I wasn't too picky about the year/2008-current. I was told I couldn't purchase the 2009 rogue because I didn't have enough of a down payment even though I was gonna put down 2500.00 on a 8000.00 vehicle?? They instead pushed me into buying the Sentra which an 13,000?????!!! I decided to settle bc the mileage was a lot less. They let me sign everything and I took it home same night. *****about 4 days later they called me while I was in south jersey bc m mother was in the hospital and they told me I had to bring the car down RIGHT AWAY bc "it didn't go threw" and they needed to do an audit?????? really??? FOR WHAT?? I told them I was over 2 hours away and my mother was in the hospital and they continued to threaten me and my fiancé by phone about 30 times over the next 2 weeks. Everyone called me in the office threatening to come get the car. So, I called the bank to see if things didn't go threw and they had NONE of my info at all which simply tells me they were trying to BAIT AND SWITCH. I luckily am very familiar with this bc m father was a car salesman for years and always warned me about this stuff...god rest his soul. SO.............BASICALLY I CALLED A LEMON LAW LAWYER AND SHE CONTACTED THEM AND WAS NICE ENOUGH TO "THREATEN" THEM BACK SAYING SHE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO DO. NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. THIS IS NOT NORMAL AND THERE AE SO MANY OTHERS TRUSTWORTHY PLACES!!!!!!!!! MY TIPS FOR PURCHASING A VEHICLE: #1. ALWAYS GET PAPERWORK THAT YOU SIGNED AND RECEIPT FOR YOUR DEPOSIT AND HOLD ONTO IT TIGHT!!!!! #2. IF YOU ARE TRADING IN A VEHICLE ALWAYS REMOVE EVERTHING FROM YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GO BACK AND BE PRESSURED! 3. NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER BRING THE VEHICLE BACK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE UNLESS YOU WILLINGLY WANT TO RETURN IT. THIS IS AN OPPURTUNITY FOR THEM TO BAIT AND SWITCH AND THREATEN TO TAKE THE CAR BACK. 4. ALWAYS BRING SOMEONE ELSE WITH YOU AS A WITNESS. 5. KNOW THE LAW/LEMON LAW AND STAND YOU GROUND, THEY MAY SMILE I YOUR FACE BUT YOU WOULD TO IF YOU NEVER WENT TO COLLEGE AND SOMEONE WAS DANGLING 2000.00- 3000.00 DOLLARS IN YOUR FACE!!!!!BE SMART, BE WISE!!! I financed a used 2011 KIA and used my van as a trade in back in June 2012. Next Tuesday will be August 1, and Loman Ford Kia of Woodbridge has not contacted Toyota or cut them a check for my vehicle. I kee back in June 2012. I keep calling the dealership, and even went down countless times and all I get is the run around. I explained that this matter needs to be taken care of because I do not want any late payments to be noted on my credit report. Bobby, the manager, simply stated, "it's not a big deal if a car payment is late." Well, Yes it is, Bobby! I have never been late with my car payments. It is a disgrace how Loman Ford Kia, chooses to be careless with their customer's credit, time, and service. I am extremely disappointed and I will never purchase another car from these incompetent individuals who clearly do not care about their customers once they make a deal! SHAME ON YOU LOMAN FORD KIA! I came into service last friday to get an oil change done. As my vehicle was being checked out Anthony came to me with some interesting findings on the vehicle. He let me kno every little thing the vehicle needed and explain it to me very clearly. I was pretty happy until I see the price it was gonna cost. Anthony even went out of his way to give me a discount. I got all the work done on the vehicle was happy with the price and the way i was treated. My Vehicle was in and out of the shop felt like I've been a customer here for a long time. I will be coming back for further repairs and I would recommend this dealer to other Kia owners. More

Worst experience ever!!!! I had some warrenty work done done to my car that took over a month. First week had the Kia rep come in and see if it was covered and it was. After several phone calls ofer the next week and talking to the secretaries they lead me to believe the car would be done on friday of the next week. I called on thurs to make arrangements and I was told by Anthony that the secretaries dont know what they are talking about and the car has not been touched. So I spoke to Anthony every week very slow progress. Finally week at the end of week three I went down there. I spoke to the mechanic, It was his first week on the job (my car was getting its engine block replaced). The mecanic was very nice though. I let him know a few dollars had been stolen out of the car and he seemed to be concerned and actually saw him talking to a few people about it. The mecanic told me he had just order some parts for it wich concerned me because it had already been there so long. So the next week the car was finally done just about a month later. My sister and I drove to get it, I got the keys and Anthony told me it was parked out in the front we walked out there looked for it and of course it was parked in the back. So after all this I finally get in my car and it wont start. The battery is dead. So they jump it and tell me it should charge but of course it doesnt. I havent called them yet to discuss the battery thing but I never had a problem with the battery before. It was just bad the whole thing dont every go there. More
Phil Drayton was my car salesman and he was extremely helpful from the time we walked into the dealership. Despite our not so great credit he worked with us and advised us on what would be best for our f helpful from the time we walked into the dealership. I didn't feel as if he was just trying to sell me on any car, he listened to our needs and found the perfect car for us. I would really say he went the extra mile, he took us step by step through the process. I came in thinking that buying a car would be a stressful experience, it was actually quite the opposite. I left completely satisfied. I love my car, and Phil was the cherry on top of the whole experience. More
The second I pulled into Lomans lot I felt welcomed. I was looking for a nice vehicle to get into for a while and every other dealer out there wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. From start to finish it was a great experience and I will recommend anyone who is loooking for a great quality vehicle to go to Lomans. Trust me you will not go home upset. More
