Hello Ed, Once again, thank you for your input! And, once again let me infused the truth into your untrue, unwarranted, unnecessary , slanderous review. We sell vehicles all over the world. We are a corporation registered and operating in the state of Massachusetts. Subsequently, we follow the consumer laws of our GREAT state. It makes no difference where you are from. We CANNOT sell vehicles AS-IS, something that IS allowed in your state. One may assume that was the reason you ended up buying a vehicle in another state. We do send out cards, thank-you, birthday, and Christmas cards. This is done as a method to show our appreciation and gratitude for a consumer allowing us to be of service to them, 18000 so far over 34 years. We DO NOT give people money to come back. The mere accusation of such is an insult ! Once again, I would encourage you to read our 3000 reviews for a true reflection of the principals of business and intergrity we have practiced for three decades!! Have a great day! We did buy a another car and it was in MA. Also we did have some issues with that vehicle to and they fixed it so we could get it inspected in another state. Thats how respectable car dealers do it. And yes you do give away money because when we were their we were told about it. I have read some reviews and most are good but some have the same problems that we had. We just wanted a safe reliable car for a new driver and you guys just couldn't stand behind your car. You couldn't promise to me that if we paid half that you wouldn't pay for the locked 4wd issue. Bobby was very friendly to us. I will treat people with respect if they give it back. You as the owner don't give respect to ALL customers. We did have to wait at the store when we went to pickup our check because you wouldn't acknowledge us at all. Just starring at your computer. Yes im sorry we were in a rush but waiting for someone to at least acknowledge us would be nice. Keep up your good business. I hope you wouldnt let your daughter drive that car the way it was. If you would that shows how you are. Execpt the fact you were wrong and didn't want to back up your product to a consumer. Thanks
