Hello. Whenever a customer is interested in a vehicle, and wants to put money down to hold it, we hold the vehicle for them. We do this because some people are not able to come in right away to purchase a vehicle, and want to make sure it doesn’t sell by the time they are able to make it in the store. This is a common practice in our industry. Your review is not a fair review on this situation. Thank you for your understanding.

More than 7 day hold is excessive. What about your own local community of buyers and workforce ? Should I have shopped in Michigan? Poor management decision and frankly this advice is my gift to you.

We are a dealership, not a “daily goods” store. A vehicle purchase is a large purchase. Sometimes people that are interested in a certain vehicle, search from state to state just trying to find the exact car they want. When they do find it, they put a certain amount of money down on the vehicle to hold it until they are able to make it into our store. We understand that everyone’s schedule is busy, and arranging a time and way to get to our store can be difficult. That is why, depending on how much the customer puts down on the car, we will hold it for a week or two. But we would not sell a car that a customer put money down on. That is poor customer service. This practice is not just our store, it’s any dealership in this industry. We do a lot to help our own local community. Some of these things include fundraising, donations, events, and we have over 250 cars for our local community to choose from. Thank you!
