Not my best experience this visit. I always scheduled online but when I arrived for service for two vehicles, only one was done correctly because the service rep said I didn’t schedule I always scheduled online but when I arrived for service for two vehicles, only one was done correctly because the service rep said I didn’t schedule service for second vehicle. When I told him it was scheduled on line and showed him on the receipt that it was requested (not done), he laughed at me and said we don’t read those. Then said I should have called in to schedule. I recently both purchased a vehicle and had one serviced. My purchase went smoothly and was the best deal around and included a 6 month warranty at no cost. I had an oil change and tire rotation at a really reasonable price. They were quick and gave me details that I never asked about with their inspection with no high pressure sells. The trick is to make sure that you have an appointment for your service as they stay booked out. More
