Exceeded Expectations I was looking to trade my 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited I had purchased from Mall of GA CDJR and when the car starting giving me a ton of mechanical issue I was looking to trade my 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited I had purchased from Mall of GA CDJR and when the car starting giving me a ton of mechanical issues, I knew it was time to look into trading my car. I spent hundreds of dollars and a LOT of time working with the service advisors, managers and staff at the Mall of GA dealership and it was a headache to say the least. I was being thrown in a hundred different directions and felt like they cared about the issues I was facing. I purchased an extended warranty and GAP coverage with Mall of GA and they told me "my repairs we not covered" which was appalling since I spent money on this warranty. I felt like they just used me for money. I looked up different dealerships and was willing to drive any distance to make sure I got the best customer service and deal possible. I looked at Akins, Mall of GA, etc. When I arrived at Banks Crossing, I was greeted immediately by Chris Tullis. He was respectful and not pushy. He understood my wants and needs and he definitely delivered. He helped me pick the best 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Chris and Christian Egizio (Finance Manager) were such great help and made the process go from stressful to successful. I would 100 10/10 recommend this dealership and am so grateful for their commitment to great customer service and care. More

Slight of hand When I walked out I knew they were crooked! The finance guy is saying a document is one thing but you realize later it was something else that added $ When I walked out I knew they were crooked! The finance guy is saying a document is one thing but you realize later it was something else that added $2000 to your financed amount and he never mentions you’ve just purchased a $2000 service pkg which is worthless. But it increases your payment by $50 a month! I told him I didn’t want a service pkg because it doesn’t cover any service! Sales staff is nice but as a whole this dealer is not trustworthy. More

Great Service Experience!!! So there I was on the phone with a dealer telling me it would be 3 wks to get this recall issue fixed on my 2018 Charger. When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call. When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour. Thanks for stepping above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of! I will surely be back and recommend family and friends here! More
