I purchased a car from this dealership , had it for 5 weeks drove it 5 times in 5 weeks , car sits more in Repair Shop then in my driveway , it's nothing but a piece of garbage... Also stated on BOS that I declined repairs, which I was never even told were needed. Keep shelling out money for this car. Recent update from daughter: We just drove past auto landmark and he must’ve got bought out or something but it’s under a new name. More

Eko went above and beyond to help me surprise my husband with his new mustang. When I first went to look at the car Eko noticed some minor issues with the car and he offered to take care of them before I e with his new mustang. I would've gotten the car on the promised date but the shipper delayed the shipment of the new headlight. Everyone has been having shipping issues due to covid. Eko and his team worked hard to make it all happen. He even stayed 2 hours after closing so we could pick up the car. I highly recommend this business. A pleasure to deal with. More

I REPEAT DO NOT LET THIS GREEDY MOHAMMED DUDE ROB YOU OF YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY!!!!!! I HAD THE VEHICLE EXACTLY 10 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE MANY ISSUES WRONG WITH THE CAR.. His mother is useless, she nosey, gets involved in the business but when you have questions or any concerns she play stupid. I will no longer invest money or time in this establishment. Auto Landmark is the textbook definition of a crooked dealership. I purchased a 2005 Nissan Murano with 105,000 miles ($6,200) in November 2020. I told Eko it was for her, that I wanted something safe and reliable and specifically asked if it had been in an accident or had any major repairs. He said no. 2 days after I took it home there was a sizable oil spot on my driveway. The following week, I ended up paying an additional $4,600 in repairs. Replaced the valve cover gaskets, rear main seal and the catalytic converter among other smaller issues. My mechanic said they started the car and watched the oil drip right out of it. I called Auto Landmark a number of times and they never returned my call. I visited them twice and they never took any ownership or showed a willingness to negotiate, even when I asked if we could meet somewhere in the middle. You will see all the other similar reviews here and hopefully you'll read them before you purchase something there, not after like me. They detail the car so it looks nice, then turn over and profit on cars with severe mechanical problems. More

DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING HERE! We read the reviews and took them with a “grain of salt” deciding to give Eko and Auto Landmark a chance. He is a smooth talker for sure! We didn’t even get the vehicle home and it was overheating. Brought it back and after 9 days we got it back “fixed with several new parts”. 3 days later we brought it back because now there were issues with it starting and the headlights and instrument panel just turning off while you were driving (great when you are on the highway at night!). Another 8 days go by and we finally get it back. This time we had it for a whole 2 weeks!! WOO HOO! Get in it to head to work and it won’t turn over, we believe it’s the starter. Multiple texts and phone calls to Auto Lamdmark and directly to Eko and he refuses to respond and has completely ignored us. We are ready to park the thing in the middle of his lot so that he can’t get in. Also in the beginning steps of seeking legal action. Eko should be ashamed of himself for screwing people over time and time again. I have to believe that eventually Karma will catch up with him. PLEASE, I beg of you to STAY AWAY!! More

A year ago, i bought a 2004 325xi, and when i first got the car, he was telling me it was misfiring due to a bad “ignition coil”. And it’s been almost a year now i’ve bought the car, and it’s never passed inspection. It fails emissions and i’ve put a lot of money towards it trying to fix it, and nothing’s changed. I live in NY where i NEED an inspection. So he sold me a defective car. Terrible service just tries to get a quick sale. Scam artist will sell you a piece of xxxx. Gonna be looking into if he sold me a lemon, and if so, i will be getting a lawyer. DO NOT RECOMMEND. He will scan you. He’s acts nice and knowledgeable, but he isn’t. He even left to go on a lunch break whiles we were still processing the payment. Can’t give a zero star rating so i’ll have to settle with a one star. More

This is for the undercoating this dealer does. My BRAND NEW car was brought in for undercoating. They said 2 days. On the second day I was told...we need another day. Now I go to pick it up at 9 as told NEW car was brought in for undercoating. They said 2 days. On the second day I was told...we need another day. Now I go to pick it up at 9 as told that is when they are open...Oh still have to put wheels on. I get the car. Now on my way to store my car feels funny....a shimmy the back end. By the time got 10 miles down the road it was grinding. I call them and said. I am in trouble I don't think he put the wheels on correctly. I got a...well can you drive it back? xxxx no I can't. I called J AND M tire. Thank God for them. He came to where I was parked. The right rear tire was cocked, centering ring was not in place and all lug nuts we're LOOSE....FINGER TIGHT. The left rear tire the same way. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO MOTOR VEHICLES. They will be paying for the cost to fix all of this also. I was told if I had driven much longer the wheel would likely have fallen off. I also contacting my lawyer. Oh and and I am cancelling payment on undercoat until after I see my lawyer! More
