Broken cars If you do your research on this place you will see that they are liars, they are deceitful and so dishonest. We bought a used SUV and it had a batter If you do your research on this place you will see that they are liars, they are deceitful and so dishonest. We bought a used SUV and it had a battery issue right off the bat. Alex said he would fix it not to worry. Since the battery needed replaced we had to come back the next day to pick up. We didn't get to far down the road and it broke down on us. Since it will not go in gear it has to be towed in. It ends up needing a rear drive shaft and the mechanic told us that someone tried to fix it and done a bad job at it. $1,000.00 later it is ready fir us to take home 2nd attempt. Well I wish I could say we took it home but we didn't. The new battery that they replaced was not working again. We go back and talk to Alex and he says he will have his mechanic take a look at it and give him a chance to make it right. We discussed having the alternator checked out. We get.a call from Alex saying it is ready to be picked up but wouldn't give us any info on what was done. Alex asked when we would pick up so he can have it out front. When we arrived we didn't see the SUV out front. When we walked in Alex immediately got up from his desk and escorted us out the back door. He instantly goes to the car and starts it and tells us it's fixed and we were good to go. It seemed like he was in a rush to get us on our way. We tried asking what was done to it and he wasn't very forthright and telling us what was done. My husband ask if he would put in writing what he did and he plain flat told us no. Alex would not guarantee that the car would start the second we drove it off the lot. We went around and around for probably 10 or 15 minutes on asking what was done to it and how we didn't feel it was right that Alex sold us the car in this condition. According to Alex all of the vehicles are inspected when they get them in. His words about his cars is this simple I guarantee they will break in thousand pieces, they are used cars. This place is a joke, they willingly sell you cars with issues. They don't disclose anything issues with the vehicles. Do not buy from here. We found out that they used a crash betters for outperform SUV and said they had to replace with a better battery. It starts for now but I do t k ow about tomorrow. More

I Gotta Say I was Impressed! I went in to look for a used Nissan Altima. After going to other local shops, and being treated like an idiot, I decided to stop by Auto Mall. The sales guy, I think Nick was his name, was not pushy and actually took the time to listen to me and explain things. I left very satisfied with my purchase, the financing was great too, I got a low rate, a decent car payment, a nice car, and a decent place where I can buy cars from. More

I am extremely wary about where my money goes and I am more than happy to spend my time searching for the perfect deal. I should note that before I swung by here I decided to visit some of the other dealerships around town but they all fell into 2 categories: Perfect car with a terrible price or great price with a shoddy vehicle. After going through many dealer websites, I came across the Automall of Champaign and they had a great car for a great price. When I came in to look at the 2012 Focus I was pleased with how it looks and all the stuff I found online. The pricing was fair enough but when the financing came around I didn't get the best deal since my credit isn't so great. The gentleman I was working with was Nick and I must say for probably an hour he was on the phone until he got me a pretty darn good deal! I don't normally go out and write reviews but I was so surprised at my deal that I thought I should probably let others know. The prices were fair, the service was great, and the financing deal was stellar. I will definitely be checking here when my wife starts looking for a new SUV (which is soon!) More
