I called them they give me an appointment to serve my car fix the things I was promised and also check the problem my car was having I explain to them the back on the seat passanger felt the guy who took my car said they will take care of it. I received a call stating the repair will take two more days I said ok. it did not take two days after a few days of me calling them and asking them about my car they told me to pick up my car on Jan 18 keep in mind I left my car on the 6 and they said only two days. For my surprise when I got there they did not touch my car they did not do ANYTHING, The check engine light was on, the back of the seat on the floor, and 3 things they were supposed to fix were not they did not touch my car when I call them they made me send them pictures as I was lying they apologize and request to bring the car back, I did they told me this time the will fix it. When I went back to get my car they only fix one of the things I was promised. the back of the seat again on the floor, check engine lights on, and the other two things the same.This time I took the car with me since the repair was already close. I want the next day and request to speak with Antonio the repair supervisor he told me we will take car of and the car will be ready by Wednesday today. Wednesday January the 26 I called them and my car is not ready yet. I have been missing days of work, paying Uber rides, I have been asking people favors while paying a car, paying a car that I'm not using worst experience EVER More
Staff is very friendly but I guess that is a way they compensate for the poor condition of the cars. I bought a car less then a month ago and within 3 weeks my a/c stopped working, the tire sensor on my compensate for the poor condition of the cars. I bought a car less then a month ago and within 3 weeks my a/c stopped working, the tire sensor on my car is going off and I’m having to add air every couple days to my front tires, the remote key they gave me does not work even after paying to replace the battery like the car salesman recommended and there are roaches that are coming out of the backseat a/c vents. (I’ve killed 3 small ones today alone 10/23/21) Having to pull over because I have a 6 month old in the back seat and need to deal with roaches on her car seat is not cool. I was told that I will be helped and to bring in the car next week. I will update my comment next week on the status of my issues. More
Worst car place I have ever felt with. Great experience. The customer service was great. Patient, understanding, flexible, courteous and straightforward. As they advertised, they did not care about my poor credit but instead looked at my Patient, understanding, flexible, courteous and straightforward. Something great, its that they will be reporting to my credit so this gives me the chance to improve my situation in the long run. I was also sold on the warranty they give with any vehicle of 2 years. To conclude, highly recommended for anyone looking for a vehicle with credit issues. More

BEWARE OF THIS CAR LOT THEY ARE CROOKS! I have had my car since august of 2019 and never fail past 30 days late on a payment. After falling 21 days late, my car was repossessed without warning. When I called to find out if it was repossessed, for two days MAURICE and the manager ARIEL told me that they did not have my vehicle and that I should file a police report. When I finally called to file the police report the operator told me that the car Was repossessed by the leinholder. When I called back, they still denied that they had my car and even told me the gps tracker on the car was disabled. until I told them they were violating my consumer rights by hiding my car which contained my personal belongings, they continued to deny they repossessed my car. After threatening to pursue legal action, they finally admitted they had my car and made me sign a repossession document and then told me they would let me know if I can get the car back. They finally called back a day later and told me I could not have my car back. I asked for a copy of my signed agreement and they forged documents. They are CROOKED! They breach contracts! And they purposely don’t give you your agreement so they can forge documents when it benefits them! Beware! They are crooks! Believe all the negative reviews! More
Wonderful experience. Purchased a vehicle 4 years ago, never had an issue. Vehicle has been great, I've only had to do the normal maintenance things. They gave me a Free Carfax report without me even asking for 1. They said it is a requirement that they show it to every customer prior to purchasing, I think that is Awesome! If I had 1 complained is that if you try to call the payment center the wait times are long, especially on Friday, I guess that's the day most people are calling also. However, they do have a site to make the payment online or a mobile application also. Most places will charge a convenience fee or processing fee on every payment, they only do if you make the payment over the phone, but online or on the app is completely free. The vehicle came with warranty, which is included and I did not pay a penny for, it is Powertrain Only. I never had to use it, but hey it at least gave me peace of mind. Overall, great experience! We picked out a car and put a down payment on it on a Saturday but couldn't get it until the following Monday due to having an out of state title which was fine. We were told to let them know when we were on our way that Monday so that they could have everything ready. We called on our way and told them we'd be there about 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:35pm and sat and waited until after 10pm to sign papers (they close at 8). When we finally thought we were ready to leave after 11:20pm, all of a sudden we had to wait again because the GPS tracker supposedly wasn't working correctly. My husband stayed there waiting on them to fix it until after midnight with only a xxxx poor apology. On his way home, he stopped for gas and the car became disabled at a gas station. We ended up paying almost $200 for a tow truck the day we picked up the car! My husband missed an entire day of work the next day dealing with them bc no one was listening which is another $200 we lost! Now, one day after we buy the car, we've lost $400, and no one here cares!! They kept telling my husband to check the battery connection and that the car would have to be brought back. Hello!?! It won't crank to drive it anywhere.....the whole problem we told them to begin with! When we signed papers, we were told that once the tag came in we had 30 days to pick it up. We signed a paper stating that. We got a call on 1/26 saying the tag was in. We said ok, we'll be in on 2/15 and again confirmed that we had 30 days. We were told that was fine and the account would be noted. Today, we got a text saying our account was past due. We called and again got nowhere bc no one was listening to us! Now we have a past due balance for NO reason when we've been told repeatedly that we had 30 days from the date we were called. No one would listen or help when we called today about it. No one has ever offered to remedy the initial situation with the GPS screw up which was their mechanic's fault. No one has listened or cared or even decently apologized! $400 lost bc of THEIR screw up and now a past due balance for something that isn't even past due per our SIGNED agreement with them. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone under any circumstance!! More
