I was told by the cashier that see didn’t see the $37.14 charge on the repair order, after pointing it out, she argued that I was not being charged the $37.14 and that was part of the discount I was receiving. The discount clearly states -$50.00. I understand $2.06 for an electronic document storage fee but still don’t have an answer on the $37.14 “customer pay ex for repair order” fee. The manager who then came and tried to explain the fee stated it was a cloud storage fee then in the next breath stated it was a shop disposal fee. Per her statement she’s been with Leith for 17 years and they have always charged these miscellaneous fees on all ROs. If that is the case she should know whether the fee is a disposal fee or cloud fee. Long story even longer, don’t lie to your customers when they question the bill, don’t make things up and just tell us that you have no idea when you clearly have no idea. As someone in the automotive industry I’m disappointed and disgusted, no wonder dealerships get a horrible reputation from the general public. More

My experience was as pleasant and trouble free as a car purchase could be. Our sales rep, Vicente Acostas, was great. He answered several specific questions that I had regarding the car before we drove dow purchase could be. Our sales rep, Vicente Acostas, was great. He answered several specific questions that I had regarding the car before we drove down to see it. He sent me a video walk around of the car showing the areas I inquired about. We were pleasantly surprised when, after we bought the car, he offered to arrange delivery the next day after it had been detailed. That really meant a lot to us. Dan Degroot in the service department was very helpful in arranging a pre purchase inspection that I needed before committing to the purchase. I realize how busy the schedule is in the service department and I really appreciate the accommodation that he arranged for me. More
