This dealership is a complete scam, mainly because of Burke Minsker and Cornell Parks. Both of those men are completely unprofessional in every way possible. I had reserved a Grand Cherokee back in June Burke Minsker and Cornell Parks. Both of those men are completely unprofessional in every way possible. I had reserved a Grand Cherokee back in June with Jon, and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. I am grateful to have dealt with at least one customer focused person at this dealership I told my sales agent I wanted to use my financing and Burke swore to me up and down that their rates are better. I said it’s okay, I’ll still do my own research. Them trying to rush me through the process, they brought me into the finance office, assuming I was just going to use theirs since I already did an application online. I got into the finance office and said I’m still doing my research for financing, I’m in no rush. Cornell kept rushing me trying to get me to go with their financing. I kept telling him that if I’m in his way, I could step out of the office. Cornell continued to show his frustrations and kept heckling at my searching for my own financing. I did not say I was going with their financing nor was I ready to seal the deal. I wanted the best rate possible for me. All in all, he still had me stay in his office while doing this. I found my own financing shortly after and let Cornell know. He showed that he was upset all over his face and got Burke once again. Burke came into the office with an attitude with the words, “So what’s going on He’s telling me you have financing you want to use”. Yes, I found a way better rate than the 5.xx they were offering me. He said so why did you just waste his time. I continuously asked him if I could step out as I did not want to go with their financing. Long story short, Burke would not allow the salesman to then at this point sell me the car. After me waiting over a month/putting a deposit down, he wouldn’t allow anyone to sell me this car I had planned to buy, these people are rude and extremely unprofessional in every way possible. I told them I will have my check from my Financing tomorrow and will be back to purchase it then. Burke insisted on me not coming back and said he was going to sell it by then. Burke was extremely nasty about the handling of the situation. On top of this, Cornell nor Burke would provide my refund of the security deposit since they wouldn’t sell me the car. They stated it would be sent back and wouldn’t even provide a receipt. Fast forward 3 weeks and still no deposit back. I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company to get this back. Please take your business to a dealership who will treat you right. More

I have not had a bad experience yet! Always greeted when I arrive and taken care of right away. I never wait long and I feel confident the repairs and service are done right the first Always greeted when I arrive and taken care of right away. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a car or to have your car serviced or repaired. More

I enjoy visiting the Leith Auto Park Chrysler Jeep Service Center in Cary NC because of their Warm and friendly customer service personality.. The Staff values each customer's time, and vehicle needs. It has been a pleasant experience since the initial visit and purchase of of my vehicle in 2002 (White 5 speed PT Cruiser) that has led me back to purchase, now a 4th vehicle because of the consistent superb customer service provided. Twice this dealership has changed our oil and I was able to hand tighten the oil filter afterwards (this last time took a video). Once can be forgiven. Twice is incompetence. My car was Great yet when I went to pick it up the front desk was rude and looking at me like I had egg on my face. ignored me standing there for about 5 min I had to ask was I in the wrong place.
