Twice this dealership has changed our oil and I was able to hand tighten the oil filter afterwards (this last time took a video). Once can be forgiven. Twice is incompetence. My visit went so smoothly. I had never purchased a vehicle from a dealership and I expected it to be a hassle. It was definitely not!
