Terrible, disorganized service. On 3 seperats occasions, I went to look at a vehicle, and it was either mis-listed or undriveable. On the first occasion, I went to look at a Jeep Wra On 3 seperats occasions, I went to look at a vehicle, and it was either mis-listed or undriveable. On the first occasion, I went to look at a Jeep Wrangler, listed on their website at the Plymouth location. I arrived, and it was nowhere to be found. I called into the lobby (it was cold and I wasn't going to get out for a vehicle that wasn't there) and asked where it was at. The sales representative proceeded to tell me that he didn't know where it was, it might be at the Goshen location or "somewhere else." I asked if he could check and see where it was, and he said with a sigh, "well I could, but that would require me to call around and ask the other stores..." Okay? And that's my problem because...? Turns out that the Jeep was actually at that location, in the back getting $1000 worth of modifications so they could mark up the price $5000. Unfortunately that experience alone was not enough to drive me away. A few months later, earlier this week, I saw a Subaru WRX that looked nice. I thought this time might be different, so I went there to look at it. I got there and had to wait 10 minutes before a salesman even asked if I needed help, and there was another gentleman there before me so I told them to help him first. The sales associate helped this man for another 10 minutes, and when he was done I watched him go around the corner where he thought that I couldn't see him and start scrolling through Facebook. This went on for another 5 minutes. Eventually I got annoyed and got up to ask him if he was going to help me. He didn't apologize for the wait, but he went ahead to look for the keys to the Subaru. He came back empty handed, claiming that he couldn't find the keys and proceeded to tell me that the car was undriveable. Great, so I drove 20 minutes there and waited 30 minutes for a car that I couldnt even drive. So why is it on your website already?? Anyway, not a huge loss as I am more of a truck/4x4 person. Just thought that little Subaru might be good for me as it's better on gas and still AWD. So yesterday, I saw not one but THREE trucks on their website that I liked within my budget. All listed at the Plymouth location. I decided to give them one more shot-- my mistake. I got there and began to cruise the lot, thinking they would have at least one of the trucks that I was looking for. WRONG. Not a single one was there. However, I did see one that I had noticed on their website that was a little higher than my price range but I liked also, so I got out to look at it. Eventually a salesman came out to ask if I needed help. We went over the usual procedure, and I let him know about the situation. He apologized, and I asked if I could drive this one instead, as it was the same year, color, trim, and mileage as the other one that was was within my price range, but it was $5000 more. Why, you ask? Because it had the OE wheels and tires off of a newer truck. That's it. $5000 markup for a set of used $900 wheels and tires. Anyway, he went and got the keys and started it up for me, and took my license to make a copy. He was gone about 5 minutes and came back to inform me that he wasn't going to allow me to drive the truck, because it was over $20000 and he needed pre-approval first. Great. Yet another wasted trip, and a total loss of hope for Autopark. After 3 attempts to purchase a vehicle, all to no avail, I will never give any Autopark location my business, no matter the deal I receive. I have never dealt with such a poorly managed dealership, and I hope they get bought out by someone who has some remnance of a brain cell in the business management and sales field. Absolutely ridiculous. More

Jeremy is friendly, courteous, answered all our questions and thorough. He showed us all the Ford Flex vehicles on the lot and gave us the opportunity to drive them all. Jeremy also informed us of another pre-owned Ford Flex for sale Auto Park's controller was driving. He gave us the opportunity to drive that Flex and was ultimately the one we like most and purchased. Jeremy also referred us to someone he knew that was interested in purchasing our 2003 Buick LaSabre Custom. We also enjoyed working with Dave George Finance Manager at Auto Park. Dave is friendly, courteous, very knowledgable and answered all our questions. He was very thorough reviewing our credit and presenting all financing documents. We drove 2 hours to purchase our Ford Flex to see the selection and it was worth the drive! Thank you Jeremy and Dave for making our car buying experience enjoyable and memorable. "Gratifying" We drove from Schoolcraft to Plymouth to buy a vehicle that we found at Cargurus.com. The night before our appointment, Jeremy send us an e-mail that We drove from Schoolcraft to Plymouth to buy a vehicle that we found at Cargurus.com. The night before our appointment, Jeremy send us an e-mail that the person who drove the car noticed a peculiar sound when turning on the car. He assured us that the dealer was taking care of the issue and even though ,we were not going to be available to take the car that day, they were going to get it fixed and make sure everything was done "by the book". When inspecting the car we found that there was a signifiant discrepancy in the odometer reading (4,300 more miles), and there was a couple of things that where included on the internet ad that were missing. Here is where we feel that those guys gave us a great services! Jeremy made sure that everything that was as advertised was put back in the car ( cargo mat, weather mats, head phones, and car's manual). Furthermore, the dealer agreed to bring the car to Sturgis Buick Auto Park so we don't have to drive 1 hour and 35 minutes again. Thank you!! More
