Jackie was helpful and knowledgeable and able to get answers 4 questions when she wasn't sure. She was diligent to communicate and follow up on several pre-delivery inspection concerns which I expressed answers 4 questions when she wasn't sure. The only concern I had was that a safety braking feature was installed in the car at an additional charge to the listed sales price. This additional charge was never mentioned to me nor did I see it noted anywhere in the vehicle prior to purchase. I was informed of the upcharge as we were signing the final papers so I don't know how or when this was overlooked. Otherwise I was pleased with the service that Jackie provided. I was impressed with the dealership's willingness to deliver the car to my home several days after the purchase. They delivered when they said, on time, after a 50 mile drive one way. More

I called AutoPark from an ad my son found for a specific truck, Jackie Holloway answered all my questions and emailed the information to me immediately.
