I leaned about their dealership through Cars.com My time was very limited and the sales team made sure I felt valued every time I was exceptional. Let’s see they could remember what state I was from. The truck was covered with scratches and ding that they did not disclose before I drove 1,000 miles to purchase $80k truck. The outside of truck was Filt truck was covered with scratches and ding that they did not disclose before I drove 1,000 miles to purchase $80k truck. The outside of truck was Filthy. Bed was full of trash and concrete. Engine bay full of sediment they did Superficial gloss wipe. Upon driving another 1,000 miles I discovered I had been dragging the 5 auxiliary wire harness that had just been tucked up there hidden by dealer ship. I asked them to remove there dealer logo which they didn’t and where either using it to hide a scratch or scratched truck attempting to take off. The collect my stated sales tax but said they only pay once a month. They did finally send it after I and my insurance agent caught it but their lack of out of state sales knowledge took my 5 weeks to register. Their friendly but out of the office a lot. All in all not very good customer service. No pride in their work. I was gonna buy a extended warrant but after seeing all the scratches and them not budging on price I Decided to use the warranty money on body work. To which the finance guy goes I can take a $1,000 off this is how I get paid. So you don’t wash or clean inside or out of Vehicle. Hide damage wires and don’t care to disclose 10 plus scratches but now want me to feel bad for not purchasing extended warranty pretty grimy. I would not recommend them. More
