Kyle Kline is a great salesperson… personable, friendly, well-mannered and a pleasure. We bought a vehicle “as is” … got a great price knowing it required some work. Often, buying an “as is” vehicle is sc well-mannered and a pleasure. We bought a vehicle “as is” … got a great price knowing it required some work. Often, buying an “as is” vehicle is scary and lacking transparency. Kyle Kline told us everything he knew about the vehicle and helped walk us through the process. Part of the “as is” condition was that the dealer had not done a mechanical review … but they guessed as to what the problem was … they were close, but were wrong (they speculated it was a CV joint … it was rather a bad wheel bearing and it had a coolant leak they did not realize and the spark plugs had never been changed in over 140,000 miles which may have damaged the motor. Nevertheless, I accepted the “as is” condition with no mechanical checks and am still happy with the total experience. I would do business here again if the right car was in their inventory.
