I enjoyed working with Jared and Jackie. Jared was extremely helpful and willing to help me on his day off. Jackie helped finish the paperwork on the day we arrived and it took no time at all. Jeremy extremely helpful and willing to help me on his day off. Jackie helped finish the paperwork on the day we arrived and it took no time at all. Jeremy called to get some answers for the financial part of the deal and was also very pleasant. I would have a higher rating but I was not happy about my interaction with the Sales Manager, Dan. I received an email from Dan right after my inquiry about the car that said he was available to help me. I know now that email had to be automatically generated because when I called Dan on the phone, this was not his attitude. I was working on reserving a flight to come out to see the car but Dan said he didn't know if the car was available. He said he would check and call me back in a few minutes. I never heard from him again. I emailed him with no response and left a voicemail which also went unanswered. I missed the opportunity to book the flight and had to move it to days later. I sure hope Dan treats other customers and his employees better than this experience would imply. More
