I bought a used vehicle from them, they advertise their 172 point inspection which the vehicle didn’t receive prior to me purchasing it. I got it home and noticed that the passenger side headlight was out 172 point inspection which the vehicle didn’t receive prior to me purchasing it. I got it home and noticed that the passenger side headlight was out, the passenger side windshield sprayer was broken, and there was barely any oil on the dipstick. The salesman told me to bring it back and they would fix the headlight and when they did it, one was blue and the new one was white. I also had an engine light on that they needed to fix which I went back twice for. They “did” the inspection. A few things were marked as “non applicable” yet I clearly have them such as a moon roof and navigation. I was also promised a tire rotation and that also didn’t happen even though it’s clearly marked on my receipt that the vehicle got one. I know this to be true because there were two scratches on the wheels that I touched up with paint, and they’re in the same location that they were before I brought it in. These vehicles are going through detail and straight out to the lot to be sold. I have no problem with the salesman as he did what he could to make things right, but the service department is worthless. I already gave the salesman a 5 star review, this is an update to that review. More
