I was happy to find the Bolt here as they are hard to find, so I drove here from Southeast Michigan. But beware that they add a mandatory brake light gizmo that flashes and a mandatory paint($395) and f find, so I drove here from Southeast Michigan. But beware that they add a mandatory brake light gizmo that flashes and a mandatory paint($395) and fabric (I have leather seats) and paint protection package ($998). No choice but to accept. But the worst part is that the paint protection was not applied and verified by a third party that does apply these coatings; no water beading etc.. Being 4 hours away I could not directly challenge Auto Park with the car, or to have them actually apply the coating. Dan Blodgett the sales manager pretty much blew me off when I explained my dissatisfaction and situation. SO BEWARE!! More
We visited both of the Auto Park's in Plymouth in search for a vehicle. We went to one that had the vehicle we were interested in but it was not there. They told us they would get it back so in the meanti for a vehicle. We went to one that had the vehicle we were interested in but it was not there. Jared showed us some new cars and explained that it made more sense to buy something new vs the used one we were looking at. He was very knowledgeable about everything we wanted to know. We wanted to think about it and then went back to the other store to see if the used car was there yet, it was not. We waited until Monday and they still did not have it back. No one had called to tell us anything. Jared called that evening to make sure we had all the info we needed, we decided to purchase a new vehicle from him. The other guy needs to take some notes... Jeremy helped us do all of our paperwork and was super helpful and fast, we never felt like these guys pressured us or anything and it was nice to work with people that actually knew about cars. More

Terrible customer service experience when inquiring about a used vehicle. They say they offer KBB trade-in, but refuse to deal with out of town trades because they won't take them sight unseen - even with v a used vehicle. However, they will gladly sell you a vehicle and ship it to you sight unseen with no problems or warranties. Given that we're in 2023 and the world isn't a local commerce platform anymore, these people need to get real and treat their customers with the same standards that they demand. I then offered to trade my vehicle locally, but then they refuse to acknowledge the fact that I take a sales tax hit and get a lower price on my trade and thus the price on their vehicle needs to reflect that. Their online sales rep is arguing saying that a couple of bad actors ruined trades for everyone, yet the remote customer is supposed to trust the dealership and pay for the vehicle sight unseen in full. They then tried to argue that you don't have to accept the vehicle if it was misrepresented, but of course you've paid the full value on the vehicle and now have to fight to get your money back, which we all know won't happen. Ironically, they won't do the same for their customer on a trade. Definitely a double standard and some major customer service gaps with this dealership! More
