Ralph - We appreciate the feedback as we are always attempting to improve the customer experience. After review your transaction it was determined that you were sent a purchase order prior to your arrival which outlined all of the "mandatory" charges, in which you definitely had the opportunity to decline prior to purchase and chose not to. Not being able to verify that the status of the ceramic coating installation we offered to have a third party reapply it, to which you did not respond. We would be glad to attempt resolving this issue, please feel free to contact me so we can discuss.

Auto Park Plymouth responded

The KBB offer you reference clearly states that you need to bring the vehicle to the dealership to complete the transaction. In addition dealers are legally bound to perform - customers are not. Your loss of tax credit was acknowledged - however your choice not to bring your trade to us was just that... your choice not ours. We have no obligation to lower our price because you chose not to bring the vehicle to us as outlined in the KBB ICO offer. The sales rep was only giving you information so that you can understand our position. As stated earlier - the customer is protected and has recourse, there is no protection for a dealer from a customer, which is why we, and KBB state the vehicle must be brought to the dealership to complete the transaction. I do apologize if you find our policies unfair, and am glad that you had the option to choose whether or not to accept them. We are however disappointed that you were not able to experience the small town - customer service that our customers (4.8 out of 5 stars) have gotten to enjoy. We wish the the best in your search.
