I purchased a 2020 GMC 2500 HD Denali from this dealership. A couple day after purchasing it I noticed a coolant leak. I looked through the inspection record and noticed that the low coolant light dealership. A couple day after purchasing it I noticed a coolant leak. I looked through the inspection record and noticed that the low coolant light was on. They wrote no leak found and cleared the code. So I inspected my self and found the leak. It was very noticeable and dripping. So I scheduled an appointment and took it to them. I told them exactly where the leak was. I told them that it was on the low temp coolant side. I even left the low temp coolant tank low when I took it in. It was very easy leak to spot it actually dripped on my head as soon as I got under the truck. But they couldn't find it and returned it to me almost empty on coolant. But they did decide to change the oil for me even though I didn't ask them to. And when I got it back not only did it leak coolant but oil also. So long story short they sold me a $69,000 truck that leaks almost every fluid. And they are incapable of finding the leak that is very visible. So it is highly unlikely that they could fix it if they found it. Plus caused an oil leak in the process. They did offer to fix it but they had already had two chances at the coolant leak and caused the oil leak. More
