I was very nervous when I first walked in because this was my first time looking at a car on my own. I was quickly greeted by Jackie. I told her which car I was interested in and she got the keys. I had the option to take it on my own or have her go with me. I had her ride along. She pointed out some of the features of the car while I was driving. She was well educated about the car and was not at all pushy. Once we got back to the car lot we sat down in her office to start the paperwork. Next thing you know I bought a car all on my own!
