We came down from Michigan to look at seriously and purchase a truck we seen in the Auto trader. Upon walking into the dealership, my husband Al stood at the reception desk a good 30 seconds before the young lady looked up from her cell phone, surprised, to realize he was standing there, not a good first impression. My husband asked for Kris Miller, whom he had been in contact with over the phone before coming down. Kris was busy, so we waited and walked around looking at the vehicles in the showroom. Funny, not one person greeted us or asked if we were being helped as they walked past us. Kris came out of his office, greeted us warmly, knew Al's name and included me in the conversation. Since the truck was just traded in a couple days b/4, Kris even had the service manager come out to give us a report what he repaired on the truck. Kris Miller was great, efficient and personable.
