Auto Park has won over my car buying loyalty! My first visit with the Auto Park was a couple weeks ago for issues with my vehicle. I was having troubles finding a certified GM dealership returnin My first visit with the Auto Park was a couple weeks ago for issues with my vehicle. I was having troubles finding a certified GM dealership returning my phone calls. My friend Ericka Hudson worked in the offices and told me to contact the service department and they would take care of me. Don in service help very quickly get my car back up and running and was fantastic. A few days later no fault of Auto Park my car continued to have issues and after contemplation I decided to look into a lease or purchase. Ericka hooked me up with Rick Schott and he helped with leasing options. After finding leasing not to be the best situation for my current life situation we changed to buying used. I was without my own vehicle for several days and during this time period the Auto Park was patient and made sure I had a vehicle to drive while they searched for my perfect vehicle and my car sat in their lot. After not finding a vehicle available in their current inventory, Rick and Ericka went out of their way to find a minivan that would fit my growing family needs. They were so helpful and fantastic about communication and listening to my needs and demands. This was the best customer service I have ever received. Due to that fact I will be purchasing from here on out from the Auto Park and will highly recommend this store to my friends and family. More
