Easy! I initially had an entirely different car in mind when I began my car shopping experience and quickly ended up with something completely different. I I initially had an entirely different car in mind when I began my car shopping experience and quickly ended up with something completely different. I test drove the car I originally had my eye on (a Cadillac SRX) but wasn't fully sold on it, then happened to see a different vehicle in the inventory that caught my eye (a Buick Encore). Jared told me about the car and when I learned it was a 2019, yet so affordable, I was very interested. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it and knew it was more of what I was looking for than the SRX. Jared then helped me through the whole loan approval process and Jeremy handled all of the financial paperwork and just that fast the deal was done and I was driving off the lot in it! I'm very pleased with how easy (and quick) the entire process was and grateful to Jared and Jeremy for being easy to work with, along with being friendly and knowledgeable. I'd never dealt with Auto Park in any capacity but now that I know how well they do things, I'll be checking them out again in the future whenever the time comes that I need/want a new car. The problem is, with me now having a brand-new 2019 vehicle, that will be quite some time from now! However, should any friends or family ask about where they should go for a new car, Auto Park will be my recommendation from now on! More

The used truck I wanted was not in stock, but he informed that as soon as it landed on their pavement, he would send me pictures. He did exactly what he said he'd do. Not only was my experience a pleasant one. My flight got delayed so I missed my connecting flight to South Bend and had to reroute to Chicago. Rick had his driver pick me up and transport me back to the dealership to finish the transaction. Car dealerships being one of the most hated things to have to deal with, I had an excellent experience and great customer service. Thanks again, Jim More
