Detailing Your vehicle They explained they were going to detail my vehicle after I had just purchased it, but when I came to pick up my car the next day it was still very vi They explained they were going to detail my vehicle after I had just purchased it, but when I came to pick up my car the next day it was still very visibly dirty on the inside. There was dirt, dusf, and smudges of something on several areas after I spent $500 on surface care. When I explained my frustration, they acted as if I was nit picking and that they didn’t see anything even though I showed them the yucky sticky areas. They ended up giving me a free oil change, but when you pay $500 for surface care that’s supposed to be on the outside and inside it makes me wonder if I was scammed out of that money. How can you do surface care, detail my vehicle, but then my car is still dirty? Yeah, doesn’t make sense to me either. I hate listing the guy who was my car dealer, because he was nice but I wish he would of really made sure it was clean since I did call before I came to make sure it was ready to go. More
