I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone!!! They give auto dealers a bad name and do not stand behind their word. After being told that was approved for $99 and spending hours at the dealership, wa give auto dealers a bad name and do not stand behind their word. After being told that was approved for $99 and spending hours at the dealership, was then told they needed $1,000 on a $2,500 motorcycle. Very rude staff I bought a 2018 Nissan Altima on 3/30/19. I dealt with Chrissy. At first everything was fine. Then she started talking about how she smoked weed in h I bought a 2018 Nissan Altima on 3/30/19. I dealt with Chrissy. At first everything was fine. Then she started talking about how she smoked weed in her car ect. On my test drive she was playing on her phone and barely talking to us. I had to have a GPS installed per the finance company. The guy that usually installs them was at a baby shower. The mechanic installed it THANKFULLY. That was the one thing that I was happy about. As I was getting in my car to leave, the tire pressure light was on. Chrissy told me that it would even out as I drove. It didn't even out. 2 days later I brought my car to a tire repair shop in VT to get the tire filled (autosense charged $199 because the tires were filled with nitrogen). Well my tire had a nail in it. I emailed Yaz (supposed to be the owner) about all of my issues and got a VERY rude response from Chrissy. I then asked to have Yaz email me. When he did email me back, he told me that nobody else would help me because of my credit. Yes mu credit isn't the best but my issues had nothing to do with my credit. He then continues to tell me that I owe Chrissy an apology because I have no idea what is going on with her family life. At this point I was beyond done. I love my car, but the experience is not something I would reccomend. More
