My Sales Consultant Damian Hall provided fantastic service. He and the other staff members were very attentive during the whole process of returning my leased vehicle. Sooo here we are ! This dealer ship was nice and a good sales men. How ever the dealership on the whole well let's start here. drove the vehicle we bought for cash home This dealer ship was nice and a good sales men. Of course we call the dealer ship , we text, we get ahold of the nice sales man, he will check and see if he can help. A few days later we sorry it checked out fine on our machines and remember sales men being honest had let out that alot of the vehicles they sale are bought at auction... and they back there vehicles up. But there is nothing they can do.... two days later transmission went out. So to all who buy here skip it and head to a auction. You will save time and at least not get lied to. This car dealership is out to rip you off they have no cares to give. As we now put over 4000 in to the vehicle more. the repair man asked if we bought it at a auction ... we said nope just at auto showcase where they rip you off and never give a nooo care. The repair guy was impressed it even made it home. More

I got the car fully inspected the day after I drove it off their lot and the dealership said there was nothing to be fixed or replaced even though the car had previously been in an accident. It is scary buying a used car because you never know what you are going to get, but here you can't go wrong. I will fully recommend this place to everyone in the future. More

BEWARE!!! Rick (the owner) sold my wife and I a Ford truck. A week later the battery died. $$$ After that we had to replace the tires $$$ because of severe front end alignment problems. Due to being seniors, we couldn't crawl under truck to inspect. We tried to have a spray in bed liner installed. The shop called to say the bed had holes rusted through it. It had a plastic liner. We had to replace the bed for $1000 and it still needs matching paint. Our mechanic says the entire bottom of the truck is rusted and the exhaust needs replaced due to rust $$$. All this happened before we even had the permanent license plates. The lot was aware of these issues. They spray painted over the rust with black paint. I would not buy from this lot nor Rick's other lot at 2507 SW Loop 1604. Needless to say, we are not happy. More
