LIMBO! I felt compelled to write a review because I just scored the most amazing deal at Auto Solution! I had my eye on the Infiniti for some time now and w I felt compelled to write a review because I just scored the most amazing deal at Auto Solution! I had my eye on the Infiniti for some time now and when I seen the price at Auto Solution I figured why not jump on it. A gentleman by the name of Corey assisted me. I must admit I was impressed by his mannerisms and how precise he was. Surprisingly, he didn’t rush or shove any papers down my throat. And I have to be honest with you, I actually didn't buy the car the first time I was there because I wanted to shop around... WORST MISTAKE EVER! I should have spared myself from two long, stressful and wasted days at loser dealerships. Day 3, I went back to Auto Solution where Corey welcomed me back with a smile and proceeded on as if I never left. I'm so lucky they didn"t sell my car while I was in limbo. Pros of this purchase: Cheaper price and my car is certified, which is something the other dealerships didn't offer. I would definitely recommend Auto Solution! More

But if you pick the right place it can be. you have to do your home work on the price of the car. on how much an actual dealership will sell it to you for. of course they advertise their prices better. but they have to make money out of it as well. Every dealer does it. I did my home work and went to every dealership asking for deals and out the door prices. took me about 2 months to make my decision. The cheapest price I found after walking in to about 10 different dealerships and calling about 50 was indeed Auto Solution. All you have to do is be patient and talk to them let them know exactly what you want and are expecting and they will tell you what is possible and what is do-able. Without a doubt in my mind, I know that I received the best deal. I am extremely happy with my vehicle. people only post reviews when they are upset reality is that the ones who are happy hardly post and it is sad. good job auto solution More

Also my situation is as messed up as it can be, john said if I placed 2000 down to refinance my car payments will drop to 175 a month he also said I didn't have to make any payments till my car was refinanced, my credit got screwed up, I even have the xxxxxxx on record stating he will personally give me the money back which is well over 5000 because my total down to refinance was 3500 plus a bounced check given from ny motor for over a thousand and recurring payments for a car stuck at a 14% interest rrate.ny motor group stated they had nothing to do with that but the check given to me was from nada with ny motor group logo stamped More

I called him a xxxxxxxx and he directly said that because of me calling him a scam bag that he is he will not cancel my warranty nor will he resolve the issue. He did this to my own mother it is very painful not able to take his head off for trying to damage my mother's credit reputation. It has been on going since January of this year. Further more on the bill of sale he put down 20,150mil. when the car had 57,444 mileage good thing i have some proof of that or else this would be even worse. These people are liars and criminals. They are only out to scam people out of money. The first crook salesman makes sure you put down a down payment before you even get to see the financing crook. The finance guy just loads on thousands of dollars worth of b.s. fees and charges and then lies to you and says that after you make x amount of payments you'll get something in the mail in which you can refinance and those fees go away. All of the above is true...just a bunch of actors in clown suits pretending to be car salesman. Those type of people that once you turn in your down payment you immediately feel robbed. This was and is most horrible experience I had. I went to this dealer because listing price seems real good on the internet. But right from the start, they try to scam, they asked me to sign a form and downp this dealer because listing price seems real good on the internet. But right from the start, they try to scam, they asked me to sign a form and downpayment $2000 to find out my credit score and bank's loan "APR". They said, If I don't like the interest rate they will refund 100% of my downpayment. They gave me two options 1. APR of 20% and 2. APR of 8% plus Warranty and Vehicle Insurance program worth over $3000. I rejected and asked for refund then they showed me the fine print of the form they said I have to sign. It says If I dont' buy the vehicle I have to pay the penalty of 35% of the vehicle price. I did not want to pay $7000 penalty(car price was $19000), so I bought the car with non necessary warranty and insurance. After 5 months, dealer sent a guy knocking on my door. He say I have to come to the dealer and sign a new contract if I don't they will reposses my car. Of cause I didn't wanna deal with these crooks again. I called the bank(capital one) they said, dealer paid off the loan and they can't do anything.The Bank told me to contact State Attorney General's office and BBB to get help. This car dealership is the worst place I could have visited. The managers and employees working there are not professional at all. In the beginning they told me all the money will be returned if for any reason i wasn't approved for a loan. i was not approve for the loan and they refused to refund me all the money. I had to get my lawyer involved in order to get my money back. I would not go back to this place ever and I wouldnt recommend any one to buy a car from this dealership because they will try to rip you off. I will be contacting consumer affairs regarding this matter. More
