What a Joke! Complete waste of time! Completely unorganized. Was told to look for the lowest priced vehicles they had which was ridiculous because the ones I was Complete waste of time! Before my husband and I even went there I told one of the salesman that we could only put a certain amount down and he assured us that we would be approved as "they approve everyone". Yea, if you want a piece of crap car! Total bad vibe the minute we walked in the door. The waiting area and offices were dirty and run down. The salesman took our information and i had to ask 3 times for him to return my drivers license. Just complete chaos. I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else! More

Dont come here for anything Willie- The worst customer service I ever received at a car dealership and employees will say anything to sell you a damaged car. My wife and I thought we were getting a good deal on a over-priced 2010 Honda Accord. Jason sold us the car then mysteriously quit his job. Headlights didn't work on the car or any of the inside lighting. My wife had to drive at night using the high beams to get home. Then we tried to call anybody at the dealership to get this fixed, no return calls. So my wife takes the car to the dealership and everyone ignores her so she leaves and calls me. So I take the car in and walk through the front door. Maybe my 6"5" 290 pound frame scared the employees from gathering around the lizard case. After 3 trips to the dealership, they finally fixed everything. Then some employee named Harley called my wife being rude demanding her to return to the dealership for something. Jason assured us everything was good to go with the car and all we had to do was pay the down payments in installments, 1750. We paid 500, then he gave us additional time to come up with the rest. Then a week later a tow truck shows up at my wife's job and tows the car. I guess the deal was not done and I guess they were trying to convince us to look at other cars. I can't fit in any car so we wanted our $500 back but since we so called decreases the value of the car by driving it they wanted a restocking fee of $495 dollars. They had the car 3 to 4 days repairing it. Then the car was dirty and smelled so I had to pay to get it cleaned. Terrible customer service. Jason, Harley, Brandon, Pete, and Mario. 500 down is a lie and is not worth the headache. I will be reporting the place to the DMV and better business bureau. Don't come here. More

Run Away! Run away as fast as you can! Stay away from this dealer! They are a big fraud, and will rip you off. I worked out a deal to pay cash for a car from them for $5k. I had photo copies of the paperwork that I took with me. The next day, they tried to get $5,500 out of me, saying that they did not agree to the $5k deal. They even wrote the $5,500 amount on the paper work they had, and tried to say I agreed to that amount. So when I tried to get my $100 deposit back, they then tried to tell me that it was non-refundable. Well, when I presented them with my copy of the deal showing the $5k and not the amount they scribbled in, they changed their tune real fast. Again, avoid these crooks, and look elsewhere for you car. They will screw you if they can! Also, they have not been a member of the Better Business since 2012, even though they advertise it on their website, and have it posted all over their offices. More

I purchased a vehicle from Autoworld when they use to be on Nellis and they were able to get me financed when nobody else could (I went to atleast 15 other places) I was not able to buy the BMW I really wan on Nellis and they were able to get me financed when nobody else could (I went to atleast 15 other places) I was not able to buy the BMW I really wanted but I understood that was my own fault for letting my credit rating drop but I accepted a vehicle that I felt would be reliable to begin rebuilding my credit and 2 years later I just made my second purchase from the new Autoworld on Fremont and now that my credit rating has went up significantly I was able to purchase the exact vehicle I wanted and they got me into it with no money down this time! Thanks again! As you know, I have already sent you 4 friends and I will continue to send you everyone I talk to! More

I did not get financed they still have my car they will not give it back unless I give them 800 dollars for repairs on the used car that the head gasket was blown because they think that when I was follow not give it back unless I give them 800 dollars for repairs on the used car that the head gasket was blown because they think that when I was following there employee to their shop to get a tracking device put on the car the car his a metal bar in their drive way that is sticking up out of the ground and put a whole in the radiator they say the car over heated in the five or less min it took to get to the shop and blew the gasket they took they did not tell me what was going on with the car I had to call them every day for answer and never got a straight answer so I called the shop the a mechanic told me the gasket was blown and he was not told to fix the car then I called the dealer back they told me least three different days it took two weeks I had no car no way to work and now they want more proof of income they want pay stub from may June and tax return they said they would come and pick me up but when I called for a ride they said fax the paper work or the car would not be released I do not have a fax machine and that is not what we arranged so today when I got a ride over to the shop I said I want my car back they said I had to option give them the paper work and take the used car or pay them 800 dollars for the repairs but I have no money haven’t been able to get to work no car. They said oh well their not giving me my car back. I also did not tell them to fix the other car but I had no financing and they fixed the car on their own not my consent. and I told them I could not afford the car now with being behind but they still wanted the paper work to get the car financed knowing full well I am not qualified to do so lack of income they are strong arming me and forcing me to obtain a vehicle they know I can’t pay frauding the lending company More

I have found this dealership to be very friendly and honest. They tried to help at any way possible and understood the needs of a family and a tight budget.
