TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I don’t know how the sales dept of this dealer is, but the service department is terrible. I made an appointment for an oil change only and when I ar I don’t know how the sales dept of this dealer is, but the service department is terrible. I made an appointment for an oil change only and when I arrived, the check in area was chaos. There was no clear check in process so customers had to self organize. There wasn’t even a way to queue up. Once I went to check in, I was told the wait would be two hours, possibly more. I confirmed that was the case for an appointment vs a walk in and he said yes. I then asked if they overbooked and he said no, they book appointments in 15 min increments. When asked how long an oil change takes, he said approximately 30 minutes. Conclusion, they double book for a simple service and it can only get worse if anything else comes up. If you think you’ll have a timely service at this dealer, think again and multiply the wait time by a minimum of 4. More
They tried to charge me $5,551 yesterday I went in for an oil change tire rotation and a sticker and a few other things that they said they wouldn't have to charge oh and a battery. My experience started off great. Took my Highlander in for a service. My representative David was fantastic. Unfortunately, my car needed some very expensive repairs. David was very nice at giving me a rental car to use while my car was being fixed. This is when I was handed over to the service manager. What a nightmare of a person she is. She talks over, argues, will not listen to a thing you have to say and will not admit when she is wrong. Mind you this whole disagreement was over $17.25. Nothing !!! I spent a lot of money getting my car fixed and she would not admit that she was wrong. She forgot to tell me that I was responsible to pay for the gas in the car that was given to me as a loaner. If I had been told this, I would’ve been happy to refill what I used. I was given a car that barely had a quarter tank of gas left in it. Who gives you a loaner car or a rental car with a quarter tank of gas. I just want the management of auto fair Toyota to know that they have lost a customer. A customer who was looking to replace her old Highlander with a new one and a customer who is looking to purchase a Tacoma for my soon to be 16 year old son More
