David was great I went in for an oil change that I ended up not needing because my maintenance light came on but I ended up needing a front end alignment so I did that my car is running great. Fancy new building, but the staff are really not all that professional. They high five and interact like they are at a club, not work. My service person was a very nice guy, but I ended up waiting way too professional. They high five and interact like they are at a club, not work. Something about the shop foreman pulling my technician off working on my car. I’m sure it is an industry wide gimmick, but a shop fee for paper towels and hand cleaner? What an absolute racket. I’d be ashamed to charge people that. Nice job not pointing that out on the bill. Let’s be real, you already overcharge for parts and labor. You wonder why most people don’t look forward to going to dealership service departments. I get it, it is hard to genuinely provide good honest customer service while trying to maximize profits. More

Leasing was easy. Except for one key!!! I brought it in for an oil change and 5000 mile check. Oil change was not done. I asked for charge and offered my credit card Except for one key!!! We talked to the service manager and we’re told I had to offer to pay when I registered the car. When I asked for an oil change I should have been told there was a charge and I would have said yes. Hope service improves. More
