Hello Mr. Short. I was very interested in the Toyota Corolla but was informed, after wasting almost 2 hours of my time, by your sales manager that they don’t deal with my bank in regards to financing. I explained further that I would not be financing through your in house financing from the start when I reached out to make the appointment with James. It makes no sense why your sales manager wouldn’t accept full payment from my bank and allow me to finance with my bank. It’s the same situation as if I gave him a bank check for payment. Clearly you don’t want my money. I will give my money and business who will not waste my time with nonsense and treat me with the respect I deserve by listening to my needs and not try to sell me something I repeatedly stated I do not want or need. I don’t trust that you or your dealership could do anything for me to warrant me to waste anymore of my time. Shawn Lamphier
