Worst car buying experience of my life Absolutely awful experience. Wasted time attempting to buy a car that they didn't even have a title for. Salesman (Jose), was unable to describe what Absolutely awful experience. Wasted time attempting to buy a car that they didn't even have a title for. There are many other car dealerships in the area, (including Lannan of Lowell who sold me a beautiful car with NO stress).Do not go to Ira. Save yourself from terrible service. More
