Amazing car buying experience! I recently bought a New 4Runner and I can't rave enough about the phenomenal care and professionalism I received from IRA. I was a first time new car buyer and it can be an overwhelming task to find the car you want at the price you want to pay. After months of research and a few dealerships visited, IRA of Tewksbury was nearly an instant winner of my business the minute I walked in. As a car buyer, I think we instantly look for every angle of why a salesperson should have doubt cast over his credibility. We worry that we'll be "taken for a ride". Within 15 minutes of talking to my salesperson, Vincent, it was obvious that I could let my guard down. Vincent began by asking the routine questions but instead of pouncing on me as a sale, he took true interest in the experiences I'd had looking for the car I wanted. He made it a quick point to ensure IRA is not in this for a quick sale. Instead, IRA focuses on repeat business. And how would they gain my repeat business if they didn't satisfy me the first time? With that, I gave Vincent what I was looking for and before I could give him my list of "demands", Vincent was telling me what I wanted without a word coming out of my mouth...as if he could read my mind! When it came to price, there was a professional and courteous discussion before we settled on the price I wanted to pay. No screaming, no belittling me (as was the case at other places). At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted at the price I wished to pay and oh yeah, the financing was easier than the sale! And it should be noted, my credit is not great. David in the finance department. got me a rate that was less than what any other dealership got me...without even negotiating!! It must have something to do with buying power or something.... NO PROBLEM!! No HASSLE!! NO STORMING OUT!! All of which I had to do at my other dealership visits. If you're reading this review and are in the market to buy a car, guess what: You don't need to do these things either!! That's bush-league car sales and not the way it's done at IRA. Overall, a very satisfied customer! Will be back to see Vincent and David again when I'm ready for a new Toyota. -Shaun More

Their sales tactics are what gives car sales people a bad name. Typical bait & switch with a quote over the internet & a completely different price when you go into the dealership. Dmitry didn't like the me having printed their invoice prices off Edmund.com & tried to tell me that Edmunds pricing was not accurate, YA RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He didnt want me to worry about price, we would talk price later down the line after I found the exact car I wanted since the ones I was quoted prices for were apparently not around. Dmitry also tried to tell me that the $500 under invoice special price for the month that Oleg quoted to me, did not apply on the RAV 4 limited. They also like to add prices into their invoice, such as TDA . toyota dealer advertizing of around $400. I don't think so. \ I went up the street to Atamian & bought a Honda, they are pleasant , honest, no high pressure & keep their word....... More

IRA claimed to have toyota tacoma 4x4 , access cab, at $19,277 - 0% financing 36 months according to a Globe at Saturday 5 April 2008. When I went to their Milford dealership on monday 7 Aril they had n $19,277 - 0% financing 36 months according to a Globe at Saturday 5 April 2008. When I went to their Milford dealership on monday 7 Aril they had nothing of the sort available. Also claimed that this financing exists only on Tundra in spite of their add. They are advertising vehicles at low prices that they don't have just to get customers in the door. More
