The representative was pleasant and helpful. However, the last three times I’ve been to Autofair, the labor has not been adequate. Most recently, I asked for a tire rotation. Unfortunately the t However, the last three times I’ve been to Autofair, the labor has not been adequate. Most recently, I asked for a tire rotation. Unfortunately the tires were not properly inflated (five pound difference in pressure from the lowest to the highest). The previous time, Autofair forgot to do the inspection I requested and I had to turn around and wait another 45 minutes. Based on these experiences, I’m quite disappointed in Autofair and am strongly considering having my cars serviced closer to my home in the future. More
