From the moment my husband and I got out of our car, we were greeted warmly by Ken Ouen. Even though we had an appointment with another person, Ed, he walked us in and sat us, got us water and informed Ed were greeted warmly by Ken Ouen. He also had worked with my sister previously and we look alike and he recognized that. What a small world that we would end up with the same salesperson! Ken could not have been kinder and more personable. Ed took care of my previous lease and the two men made the transition to my new lease seamless. It could not have been easier! Kudos to this dealership, not like all the others. They have a terrific product and terrific people to back it up. More
My 4 runner was slightly over the warranty (miles) when I found that I needed a cadaledic converter. I brought it to Ira in Tewksbury and talked with Melinda. She was great and told me that she would have found that I needed a cadaledic converter. I brought it to Ira in Tewksbury and talked with Melinda. She was great and told me that she would have to talk with the Toyota rep to see if they could help me out. Melinda got back to me the next day to tell me that Toyato was going to cover the cost of all the work I needed to replace the cadaledic converter. I was extremly thankful to both Ira (Melinda) and the Toyota Rep as they went above and beyond. Thank you all at Ira Toyota for the great service. More
My daughter leased a car from Junior and when we needed a vehicle we went to him also. Junior is very courteous and listened to our desires and concerns. My husband and I went in to test drive and hopefully purchase a Toyota 4Runner. We worked orginally with Ken, who was great. So nice and friendly. We loved the 4Runner and the price was great, so we started negotiating prices which wasn't so bad. We did the back and forth several times until we came to a price we were prepared to pay and somewhat reasonalbe value for our trade in. Unfortunately, very soon after we were told (by a skeevey finanical person) that our electronic check from our bank could not be processed because it takes too long for that type of check to clear and they cannot allow us to have a vehicle that is not paid for. Well we knew this was not true because we asked our bank before hand how long it takes the check to clear and they said funds are deposited immediately. It was so disappointing after being led to believe we were going have a new car that they would not accept our check AND that we were being lied to by people who were acting like they cared. We called the bank right there to figure this out. They said that it is not our bank it is their bank that will not accept the funds all together. Then there next excuse was they told us that we are not allowed to register a vehicle in the state of MA without a MA liscense (we are each liscensed in other states). I called the MA DMV to find out and they said that is not true. There solution was for us to finance through their dealership which we were NOT going to do. Well pretty much we were sent away by IRA of Tewksbury. We got turned away and we were trying to pay cash! All in all this process took 6 hours. I will never forget the Mangager Jeff laughing at our electronic check when we showed him. More
We maybe could have gotten a better price somewhere else But it was the friendly treatment from Kenny Leung that made us want to buy a Rav 4 From IRA. Kenny talked with us without any pressure while going out of his way to show us all of our vehicle options. He listened to our needs and really helped to for full those needs the best He could and never tried to force something else on us. The best way we can explain it is that we would have purchased a car from Kenny no matter what the make. Also I must mention We enjoyed dealing with Fausto in finance He was very good with us and answered all of our questions very well. Would we go back to IRA? This is the second car we got from IRA dealers. Great customer service by sales staff. Ron Young the salesman worked with the sales manager to get the monthly price we wanted. I actually got in a crash with my 1200 dollar turn in and did about 1000 dollars worth of damage on my way to pick up my new truck. Ron worked with Keith to reduce the price of my turn in to 700 dollars instead of 200 but Keith refused to take anything off, so i got the full 1200. My wife is going to be in the market for a new car and IRA will be the first and probably last place we go. More
Salesperson was friendly, accomodating and attentive. Got a good price on my trade-in after much negotiating. Also received a good pricce on my nre toyota corrolla S w/ leather interior. Get prices on-line and from other dealers; then bring everything here in writing and they'll beat it or match it, item for item. They tend to charge more for add-ons after the sale than other dealers, so everything here in writing and they'll beat it or match it, item for item. They tend to charge more for add-ons after the sale than other dealers, so have those quotes, too; they can lower the price on ANYthing so as to get your sale. Ken is not too experienced at this, but he's a nice, honest guy who will help you out as your gateway to the higher-ups who can really negotiate prices with you. His English is a little hard to understand at times and he tends to jump around during discussions as if you could read his mind to tell what he was talking about, but he's a good guy so give him a break. If you do your research on-line and hit at least one other dealer first you'll be well prepared to close your best deal here. Don't be fooled by the small parking lot; they have two other car lots in the area with zillions of cars to choose from. Make them work the computer for you to find what you want. We went to another dealer first and they told us the exact car that we wanted was impossible to find; these guys had a dozen of them to choose from, and were willing to order out from a competing dealer if that's what it took to get us exactly what we wanted. Just like any dealer they are there to make money, so have your quotes ready and don't expect THEM to have YOUR best interests at heart, they want your money so make them earn it. More
Amy and I test drove a one year old Toyota Sienna on an impulse one Sunday morning. Kenny was our sales person and he did a fabulous job showing us the features of the car. We loved the car and the ride but were not prepared to buy at that instant and Kenny and Keith were both very informative and supportive of our needs and concerns. They did not pressure us at all and we temporarily parted on great terms. Later in the day after doing some research we approached Keith and Kenny more seriously and had a wonderful negotiating experience. There was no pressure - a good exchange of information and Amy and I both feel like we got a very fair price. We never look forward to the car-buying process but this was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. Keith and his staff were amazingly direct with us - no games. We were thorougly pleased starting with Kenny and the sales process with Keith and concluding with Hitesh Patel in the business office. Hitesh was very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone was extremely pleasant and customer focused. Amy and I can't say enough about how surprised we were to have such a positive experience at a car dealer. More
