I had my old car for 11 years, and wanted to buy new. My first thought was of IRA Toyota as my son, Charlie had bought one there just last year. He told me of " Ken Ouen " and to ask for him. He showed me around the outside lot and I told him of the car I was interested in. We went for a short ride and I was very impressed how smooth the ride was and knew this was the car ! Ken helped me out with all the paperwork and explained everything. He is very knowledgeable and a real gentleman. I would recommend him to anyone as well as the Toyota Corolla, which is undoubtedly a true gem. The experience was very good, I had my sticker and new registration within days of the purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and co-workers, and especially Ken Ouen, who truly makes you feel at home. When it was time to trade in our Jeep that was getting older we decided to stick with Toyota as our other car is a Sienna. Within minutes of being on the lot we were greeted by Jeff the sales manager. He walked us in and introduced us to Andres Damiron, one of the sales reps. Andres was a true master of his craft. There was no sales pressure, no pushing or rushing us. Andres took the time to help us decide what type of vehicle would suit us best. We had our 2 daughters with us and Andres couldn’t have treated them any better. Talking to them, letting them help him make popcorn, make copies and get us some drinks. He fully embraced them and treated them as equals. He was not putting on a show to make a sale but treating them as if they were his own and that goes a long way for me. We test drove two types of vehicles, since we had our kids with us and didn’t want to transfer the car seats I had to stayed behind with them as my wife went with Andres on the test drives with both cars. When she returned I went with Andres while my wife stayed behind. That's four test drives for Andres on the same two cars and not for a second did he rush us along. Negotiating the price is usually the least pleasant part of car buying but we went in with a price in mind and after a few back and forth’s we came to terms with what we were looking to pay and get for our trade in. The delivery and pick up went fast and smooth. A pleasant aspect of the pick-up was Andres setting up our schedules service via their website and enrolling us in their system. When we got to our new vehicle Andres showed us all the gadgets and how to operate them even programming a few for us. Andres showed us everything from bumper to bumper inside and out. Andres was detailed, meticulous and very honest. You would never assume he was in sales from his approached. Andres breaks the stereotype for car salesmen. Thank you Andres. More

I do not like shopping for a car. I have had some experiences in the past with salespeople who were, in my opinion, just thieves with ties. Mike had no problem to help me. Mike told me that I could take a car home to make it easier for my wife. Went in really to just look at the new and used FJ cruiser and the Rav4. Moved to Mass from Ohio and still had my ohio plates on my jeep. Test drove both the FJ cruiser and the Rav4. Andres and IRA toyota were able to make it work to get down to the price that I wanted to pay. They did what they could do. Then it could have been a huge hassle in registering and insurance but Andres went the extra to make sure that it was registered in Mass with Insurance and even if it meant going to the insurance agent (an hour away). He also had to go to the registry himself to make sure it was ready the day he promised me. I was very pleased and happy with my treatment. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to get a good deal and be treated fairly. THANKS IRA!!! and Andres!! More
