The Sales Consultant (Kenny Leung) provided excellent service. I had accessories added to my new car including satellite radio and alloy wheels. Al Amrani was a pleasure to work with at this Dealership. I must admit, on my first visit I left totally unsatisfied and was not planning on returning. However, a follow-up call from Johnny Dang changed my I must admit, on my first visit I left totally unsatisfied and was not planning on returning. However, a follow-up call from Johnny Dang changed my mind. Upon my first visit, the Sales Person, Dimitri, was rude, arrogant, and everything you would not like about a Car Salesman. When I returned, Johnny introduced me to Al and it was smooth sailing! Al could not have been nicer or more accomodating. He let us test drive all the cars we were interested in, even when I told him I was shopping around other Toyota Dealers. After looking at Honda and Nissan, we decided on Toyota. I visited IRA a few times to check inventory and narrow down my choice. Al went above and beyond to find me the car we were interested in and ultimately bought. Johnny was always most helpful, courteous, and polite. Eric and Scott reasonably worked with me on Services and were not pushy at all. I would recommend this dealership but I would make sure that the Sales Person you choose fits your needs. I would particularly recommend Al Amrani. Don't be afraid to speak up and ask for Johnny Dang. More

After the purchase I then was introduced to Eric (finance) He was very knowable about the different options that were available. and with the value package that he gave us now we have a great new SUV as well as all of the protection for it... I was pressured to make a deal from the moment I walked in and met with the salesman. Several times he left to "negotiate" with his manager on a price quote that he had given me. When he came back with the in and met with the salesman. Several times he left to "negotiate" with his manager on a price quote that he had given me. When he came back with the paper with the price on it he asked, "So do we have a deal?" before I even had a chance to look at the proposal! Also, the salesman I spoke to addressed me as 'buddy' every time I spoke to him - not professional at all. They took my keys and registration from my car to appraise it and didn't give the keys back until I was at the door ready to go - perhaps a good technique as it keeps people from just walking out, which I certainly would have done. I also did not receive my registration back and had to drive back to the dealership to get it (the GM I spoke with did apologize and said the salesman should have given it back to me with my keys - so this apology was the one good thing that came out of the whole situation). When I was asked about a deal from another dealership I told what was offered and was told, "that is impossible....etc." I felt like he was calling me a liar, which he pretty much was. To offer his explanation why he gave me the print out of the payment breakdown and told me, (exact quote): "This is math. This is how math works." Is he serious? How much more can you insult me? First call me a liar then call me stupid. And finally, when I finally had the opportunity to leave I thanked the salesman for his time and efforts to try to sell me a car and went to shake his hand. The salesman had his eyes planted on his computer screen and blindly reached around to shake my hand, didn't even look at me. I left there extremely angry and can honestly say I will never go back to an Ira Dealership for any purpose. More
