Buyers beware of Autohaus of Naples. Despite them having good reviews and ratings, Autohaus of Naples sold me a vehicle in July 2025 that had covered-up severe damage to the front end. I discovered the severe damage upon delivery and by taking it to a highly praised body shop in my city. They discovered that the front bumper cover was attached to the front end with only Zip-Ties. Every single attachment point on the front bumper cover were broken and unusable so Zip Ties were used to attach the front bumper cover to the front end plus all of the bolts and clips were missing. In addition, there was damage to a part of the radiator and to the inside of both front fenders. Bottom line, Autohaus of Naples sold me a WRECKED vehicle that was covered-up with a Salvage front bumper cover and fastened to the front end with only Zip-Ties. One of the hinge covers on the hard top convertible was broken off and missing. The repairs cost me $2,626.00. I then sent all of the photos of evidence from the body shop including the paid in full detailed invoice to the general manager Tim. I politely requested to be reimbursed for the cost of repairs. Tim refused to take responsibility for selling me a wrecked vehicle. He made up excuse after excuse. He also stated that the repair should have only been around $700. Which is complete xxxxxxxx! The new replacement front bumper cover cost in itself $1,200. He claimed they shouldn't have used an OEM bumper. Further proof that Tim scammed me with the purchase of the vehicle. He said a cheaper non OEM bumper should have been used. xxx?! If you are considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, you should at all costs avoid a purchase from Autohaus of Naples. Worth mentioning, Tim essentially called me a liar. Even tho, I provided him all of the documented EVIDENCE of damage. Stay away from Autohaus of Naples. I wished I could post the photos of evidence of the wrecked vehicle that they sold me and then refused to take responsibility. Jimmy Andazola
