I have never purchased any of my vehicles from a dealership before going to auto lenders. I bought my first (dealership purchase) car from them in 2017, never had any issues with the car. Always had terrific customer service, everyone is friendly and terrific. I purchased my second vehicle from them again in 2020, which was a 2016 jeep renegade, unfortunately the engine light had come on the dash multiple times. The service department did their best to help repair whatever the issue was, and had me set up in rental cars each time so I never went without a car. The third time the engine light came on in less than 2 months of owning the Jeep, I said enough is enough. I was tired of driving a rental, and being 7 months pregnant and moving at the same time I decided I couldn’t keep coming back and dealing with engine lights on. The whole time, Jonathan and Craig in the service dept in the Lakewood location helped me and kept me up to date with what was going on. I was able to trade back in the Jeep that I purchased, with the warrantee, autolenders took the car back with no argument. Vinny, who was our salesman, had set up me in an even better car that I’m beyond happy with which was a 2019 Ford Escape SE, I absolutely LOVE it!! Even better than the Jeep Renegade. They are all terrific, easy going, friendly, and do not push you like I have heard some dealership salespeople do. Thank you to everyone who helped me!! Jonathan, Craig, Vinny, even the owner, Lou.
